This is the version 1 of the NEI-3001 which is all OCC ultra pure copper. Many prefer this version over the newer version which contains silver but that would depend on the context of your system. Pure copper is always a safe bet to achieve nice warm, smooth sound.

This pair has a tag on it which says “Cryogenic Treatment” so these are treated at the factory.
